All products on the bwproject.net site are offered for sale with under the guarantee of Black&White.
The third parties and institutions other than Black&White do not interfere with the products in any way, size adjustment, repair, etc. they should not take action.
Our Manufacturing Guarantee:
Black&White guarantees that all its products are designed and produced in the most perfect way and delivered to you under the most favorable conditions. All of our products are under our full lwarranty against manufacturing defects.
If you have any complaints or doubts about the product you purchased, this issue will be investigated by us immediately and any errors arising from production will be corrected free of charge.
If the defect is caused by a non-production reason, it is our duty to inform you immediately about it and, if you find it appropriate, to repair it at a cost.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the ordered product to himself or the person/organization at the address specified as the Delivery Address.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified via the contact form, e-mail or telephone specified on the www.bwproject.net site within this period and the products must not be within the scope of the Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised. The Seller reserves the right not to accept returns made without notice.
The consumer or the 3rd 3rd party is obliged to send the invoice, waybill, insurance forms, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials to the Seller in full, together with the product return. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, of the products whose original invoice is not sent are not refundable. During the return shipment, the responsibility of any deterioration, damage or similar depreciating situation that occurs in the product and the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the Consumer performing the return process belongs to the Consumer who makes the return.
The product price is returned to the Consumer within 14 days following the receipt of these documents.
Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be used
The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the products that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or that have been personalized by making changes or additions.
Products delivered to an address outside the Turkish Customs Area as a result of the buyer’s declaration of an overseas delivery address are not within the scope of return.
At the request of the BUYER, when a special production is made in a color different from the metal color offered on the website, or in special orders given outside the ring size range, necklace and bracelet size offered on the website, in marriage wedding rings with inscriptions, or the product ordered is delivered to the BUYER. After the delivery, when transactions such as ring size, necklace, bracelet size and model changes made in line with the BUYER’s request are made, these goods that are specially produced in line with the customer’s special requests are included in the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Return Information
Virtual Store Returns and Exchanges Conditions
You can return the jewelry you purchased from the Virtual Store within 14 days from the delivery date in accordance with the distance sales contract, and get the amount you paid back.
In order to exercise the right of return, the decision of withdrawal must be notified to www.bwproject.net within this 14-day period.
If you make the return process without getting approval from www.bwproject.net, your return will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.
Your orders that you want to return must be sent to the address we will inform you as they were sent to you, complete with jewelry, invoice, waybill, certificate and gift products, if any. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, of the products whose original invoice is not sent are not refundable. In invoices issued on behalf of your company, you must send the jewelery with the return invoice issued by your company in order for the return to take place. Order returns, invoiced on behalf of your company, cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
The responsibility during the arrival of the package to the specified return address belongs to the consumer.
After the return is received, the price of the products is returned to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, and to the bank account if it was given via money order/EFT.
The product to be returned must comply with the “Right of Withdrawal” in Article 9 of the “Distance Sales Contract” and the “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised” in Article 15.
